They are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join their team on a freelance basis on a contract starting Immediately till April.

About the Role

As a Freelance Technical Manager, you will:

– Oversee and manage the technical development process for both **womenswear and menswear** collections.

– Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure exceptional quality and fit standards.

– Conduct fit sessions, provide detailed technical feedback, and troubleshoot production challenges.

– Liaise with factories and suppliers to maintain consistency across all garments.

– Ensure all products meet the brand’s high standards in **construction, fit, and finish**.

Requirements

– Proven experience as a Technical Manager in the fashion industry.

– Expertise in both womenswear and menswear.

– Strong knowledge of garment construction, grading, and pattern-making.

– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
