Our client is a clean, slick activewear brand known for their pure aesthetic and high-quality products.

Due to team growth, we are searching for a Technical Developer who will be responsible for developing great fitting garments that are exceptional quality.

As a Technical Developer you will be responsible for the development of styles, from initial design concept to final factory shipment, ensuring you are working in-line with critical path dates. You will fit garments, suggest production-friendly alterations to ensure a premium quality fit for purpose garment.

Further responsibilities of the role include creating technical packs, grading, over-seas factory development trips, conducting wearer trials, testing and AQL documents amongst others.

This role would suit a candidate who has previous experience of working as a Garment Technologist / Product Developer with fitting exposure within the sports/activewear market. Ideally you will have an interest in Activewear/Activewear product and love a challenge! This role is a mid-senior level opportunity and will also include managing a small team.
