Pattern Cutters

We are currently recruiting for all levels of creative and production pattern cutters within the fashion and retail industry.

We work with luxury brands, mid-market and high street retailers and suppliers, across menswear, womenswear, kidswear, and accessories.
We recruit for the following areas:

•    Creative Pattern Cutters  – Both CAD or Manual
•    Production / Technical Pattern Cutters
•    Pattern Room Managers
•    Sealer Graders
•    Digitizers

All of these roles demand enthusiastic and talented candidates that have a background in Pattern cutting at either degree level or solid work history within the industry.
Ideal candidates must have good eye for detail, shape and proportion and creative thinking towards textile experiments and garment constructions. Strong creative pattern knowledge is essential through both working flat patterns and draping on the stand or a solid understanding of the production processes, such as attending customer fit sessions, amending 1st patterns and completing the sealing process.

Sample Room

Create are experts in the recruitment of sample room staff.

We work with some of London’s most prestigious luxury brands, mid-market and high street retailers and Suppliers. Based in London and the UK, across menswear, womenswear, kidswear, and accessories.
We recruit for the following areas:

•    Sample Machinists
•    Sample Cutters
•    Embroiderers
•    Hand finisher / Seamstress’
•    Fitters and Alterations
•    Tailors
•    Sample Room Managers
•    Sample Room Co-ordinators

All of these roles demand enthusiastic and talented candidates that have a strong background in Fashion.
Ideal candidates must have good eye for detail, shape and proportion and creative thinking. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, as it is essential to liaise with the designers and pattern cutters to be able to visualise and interpret design sketches.
Candidates must be highly organised and used to working to tight deadlines.
