Create is working with  a high-end bespoke design and clothing Manufacturer

They are currently looking for a Garment technologist to join a growing team and will work alongside the Design and Product teams.

This is an exciting role that will allow you to work with our extensive existing supply chain partners in Men’s and Womenswear high end bespoke garment production.

Job spec includes:

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up of Spec sheets with illustrations, tech drawings, measurements and construction detailing to facilitate sampling and production
• Measuring and fitting all samples during the development process in collaboration with designer and product developer
• Updating product spec sheets with comprehensive fit comments and sample feedback, providing technical instructions to the supply base
• Pattern grading and creating specs and measurement charts – across all product groups
• Responsible for full garment cycle – Samples, Production, QC
• Liaising with suppliers and factories in Asia and Europe during the production to ensure technical issues are supported with clear and timely decisions to ensure shipment dates are
• Manage digital pattern database
• Ensure correct sizes for grading
• Check patterns which have been digitised and graded
• Made to measure pattern amendments
• Amendments to digital patterns as
• Email production / sample patterns and grade charts to manufacturers following production PO’s.
• Answering pattern queries from
• Keep record of pattern library
• Liaise with Grading
• Keep record of grading / digitising
• Create grade charts for all patterns
