We have partnered with a Luxury RTW brand renowned for their sensual and provocative collections.

Based in East London, our client is seeking an experienced Studio/Atelier Manager to be responsible for Atelier running and technical direction for all RTW collections, throughout the entire development process through to Production handovers.

As an Atelier Manager you’ll ensure all developments achieve the high-quality product that the brand is known for, and that critical paths and budgets are adhered to. This role will be responsible for a team of permanent and freelance seamstresses, pattern cutters and cutters to develop patterns, toiles, final SMS and small production runs, plus custom and VIP projects.

This role will be responsible for setting and managing relevant workloads to achieve all deadlines required, whilst maintaining a smooth flow of work and ensuring budgets are managed. To work across all RTW including pre and main, and to facilitate the inclusion of knitwear & special projects.

To apply, you will have several years’ experience of running / coordinating a fast-paced studio,  with excellent knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing methods. You will have experience of tech pack creation experience, excellent understanding, and experience of pattern cutting & machining, understanding and experience of sizing and fitting and basic understanding of grading.

You will be logical and pro-active approach to problem solving, possess strong organizational skills, be a great team player and must have experience in Luxury or Premium.

This role is based full-time in the Atelier.
