She is inspired by the challenge and opportunity ahead, passionate and committed to making Create a huge success for her candidates, clients and team.

Sorcha began her recruitment career 18 years ago, and has spent the last 12 years specialising in the fashion industry. Throughout this time, she has recruited for many of London’s leading fashion houses, retailers and high street suppliers, recruiting some of London’s rising talent in the fashion world.  Her instinctive understanding of both client and candidate requirements and resulting achievements led her to a successful career culminating in the position of Director of a leading fashion recruitment consultancy.

Sorcha prides herself in providing the finest recruitment service to fashion candidates and employers alike. Each successful client collaboration has been founded on true partnership. Fashion is about the detail and finding the right fit at the right time.
